I don't mean to give River Chase a bad name, but if one stands on the outside and compares the two neighbors onw would think Pelican Cove is the best option! Well looks can be deceiving. Save your money and go to River Chase or anywhere, other than Pelican Cove. First of all the new management sucks!!! Secondly, when you walk in your apartment to get out of the rain, and end up swimming in it inside your apartment, well that sucks too. When your neighbors tell you that is the reason at least two previous tenants left, that sucks even worse. Thirdly when you put a request at the beginning of your lease for a broken dishwasher and at the end of your lease you are still washing dishes by hand, well you guessed it, that sucks too! (however Palmolive does soften hands while you wash)What also sucks is when the A/C cuts out in the summer (literally spits out hot air) and Heater doesn't heat in the winter (Literally spits out at room temparature). Howabout when you go to the bathroom to brush your teeth, wash your hands, etc.., you are forced to listen to that obnoxiously loud fan that roars everytime you turn on the lights. (sucks don't it') And last but not least you are looking forward to the end of your 12 months to leave and you are told you have to stay a thirteenth month because you moved in on the 2nd and not the 1st of the month. What sucks worst than that is that I paid for the entire 1st month when I moved in, and that 13th month is no where on your lease that ends 12 months from the day you moved in. Well to summarize... Pelican Cove Sucks!!!
