Too much for TOO little

Needless to say, Pelican Cove Apartments are nice looking on the outside. They are also nestled next to a nice neighborhood. The only problem I have is the maintanence. They don't come for anything!!! I have reported various problems several times. Once they showed up, but I was not dressed. I (politely) asked the maintanence worker if he could come back a little later. Well, that was the last time that I saw him. My A/C was also out for about 2 weeks in July. I live on the top floor, and as you can imagine, my apartment was SWELTERING. I was forced into calling the corporate office. I will definitely NOT be renewing the lease.
