Let's see where do i start. I live in the back of the property and everytime I come out of my breezeway I have to look at a trashy patio.I hear one of the maintenance men live there. what a slob you know who you are.or how about the maintenance man who makes appointments and never shows up ,but calls again to make another appointment,and guess what' He never shows up.You know who you are. Heres one, I come up to pay my rent, (by the way mrs ivicsic is very nice.)anyway i guess they forgot I was there, next thing I here is a female voice saying "I can't bend over in front of you, you'll grab my butt. now why would i move out with all this drama.

If you've never had to wait longer than 48 hours for a maintenance request to be completed, you are obviously the maintenance man himself! I have NEVER had a maintenance request completed before at least a week had passed. Usually, it takes several weeks and several phone calls.

We called the office in early July about a maintenance issue, it is now the last day of October and the maintenance man hasn't been by once.

THERE YOU ARE MAYBE THE OFFICE DOESNT PASS ON THE MAINT. REQUEST TO THE MAINT DEPT . I HAVENT WAITED TOO LONG EITHER IF YOU HAVE WAITED FROM JULY AND IN OCT HOW ABOU CALLING BACK AS THE OFFICE STAFF HAS CHANGED AND MAINT MUST NOT OF GOTTEN THE REQUEST
