Ok, I am seeing alot of reviews on here about minor things and things that probably never happened. I have lived in pelican cover for about 6 mos. now and have enjoyed every minute of it. I dont know why people are complaining on this site cause everything they say is false. And Of Couse the stay UNKNOWN Cause they are making things up probably becuase they were worthless and couldnt even get approved for pelican cove. And if these residents really did live here, all they would have to do is contact the front desk at the apt complex and i KNOW that pelican cove would do everything to FIX the problem RIGHT AWAY!

As for as the pests, yeah there are pests OUTSIDE (DUH)...I havent had one problem with pests INSIDE the apt.

As far as the office staff, They are the nicest group of people I have dealt with for a long time. So for anyone to say they are rude or ignorant thats just obscene. They do everything in their power to get everything done for the residents in a timely manner. One employee even went as far as doing something for me on her off day! She didnt have to do that but she did!

I HIGHLY Recommend Pelican Cove. And for the people that are on here complaining Anonymously then maybe your the one that is comparing Pelican Cove to River Chase and River Chase Is a better fit for you.

Not everything people have said is false. I repeatedly have problems with the maintenance staff, for example. You should count your blessings if you truly have enjoyed this complex, because sooner or later you WILL get hosed.

Shut up DJ...you've have only been there for six months and you are an expert? No one said their problems related to everyone else. Each person has had their own experience. I have personally received discounts b/c of the problems I experienced. As far as "office staff" is concerned...they have changed since you have moved in, trust me, most of us lived there BEFORE you. Newbies are always naive. Mice has been a problem in one of the buildings for a few years and I have proof of all the notes they left in my apartment claiming the pest situation had been taken care of. The only good thing I have to say is the noise level is very low, but I am only talking about the building I lived in. As far as not being approved to move in...That???s the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I could see if these apartments were in Clayton or something. They are in FLORISSANT! How hard is it to get an apartment in 63031? Look up the sex offended list for 63031 and you will see everyone can get one. We are not talking about a mortgage DJ. Get a life an stop cheerleading ??? I wouldn???t be surprised to find out that you work for the complex.

wow you must work there that sounds like something out of a book. just so you know my boyfriend accidently gave them the wrong check and they charged me a late fee and an nsf fee. they have no consideration, i called them right when i found out and they still didnt care about it they didnt even know that it was the wrong account but no. so i would stop judging people because you dont know what everyone goes through.
