Bad place to rent

This isn't a bad place to live, unless you are expecting that maintenance requests will be completely in a timely manner (if at all). Usually, you have to make 2-3 calls (requesting the same maintenance) before they apparently hear you, then maybe 2-3 weeks after that, they make an "attempt". My apartment was burglarized...the french doors were kicked in and the door frame was splintered and busted. They did respond that night to the emergency maintenance order to temporarily fix the doors so I could secure and shut them....they put the pieces of the frame back together like a jig saw puzzle using about 15 nails and screws. What I thought was temporary fix is actually their permanant fix!!!....they told me they were not replacing the frame! How sturdy do you think the door is now, when they had to pick big splintered pieces up off the floor, stick it back in the frame and put a screw in it'' Gee, I hope a 7 year old child doesn't kick my door...they would probably have no trouble kicking it in. I've had enough of nothing....I'm moving when my lease it up.
