Pelican Cove looks nice on the outside, hell some of the insides are nice looking too but my peeves with this place are

Outdated kitchen appliances and cabinets(were not in the 70's any longer)
Maintenance takes forever to respond to your calls (usually 2-3 days of constant calling and threatening.)
The paper thin walls and ceilings (I can hear the screaming kids next door at all hours of the night)
The major crime (I have had my car broken into and my apartment vandalized twice)((thanks river chase))
The fact that you CANNOT swim in the pool located at the leasing office (residents are only allowed to swim in the fuzzy grimy pool at the back of the complex) (( and its really nasty))
The rent prices are just a little bit to high for what I actually should pay
They NEVER send your rent statement out on time never, and when we do get it its wrong.
I have had a peeping tom come visit my apartment twice in living here a year.
I never get calls back from the staff when i leave a message specifically stating to please call me back I usually have to walk up there and forge a complaint or an issue I may have.
I have never called the police as much as i have here i think in just under a year i think im up to about 8 calls

Things I like about Pelican Cove
The staff is nice
I have a nice patio to sit on (though it faces the scum of the earth at River Chase)((I have seen many drug deals in the middle of the night))
The laundry area is nice in my apartment
I like that they have a workout room for residents
Thats about it....
