Pelican Cove at first everything is real nice and then it goes down hill from there on. The maintaince is bad on the aprtments birds live in the apartment vents and if you have any type of allergies or asthma plan on making trips to the doctor and ER. The Manager never returns your calls. at frist she or he will then it stops because they do not want to deal with it. rent way to high the think they are west county. I think they are confused
