Okay for low end if you're single

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
PROS:
Nice location, pretty grounds, nicely kept pool, low cost on rent for the area, quick snow removal.
CONS:
The apartments are older and in need of remodeling. And they are slow on doing repairs that are at all costly. I've seen and heard a lot of band aide fixes.
A few of the office staff seem to have a tendency to behave as if they're better than the residents.
They are not very children friendly which surprises me for a place with 3 bedroom townhomes. The management believes in the "seen but not heard and not seen is even better" theory.
The street makes a real nice drag strip for the younger residents.
A lot of standing water in the rainy seasons in the yards and covering the sidewalks, and I mean a lot!
Summary:
Ok if you need to cut costs and just need somewhere to put your stuff. Bad if you'd really like to live there and feel like you have a place to call home for awhile. I wouldn't reccommend it to my friends.
