The repairs were substandard. I had to wait around 72 hours for maintenance to come to my apartment to look at a plumbing problem. Even after they came, they damaged the pipes! I still bristle over their maintenance version of the Keystone Cops!

I wouldn't recommend anyone renting here.

Yea, and this is just a drop in the bucket. Don't let the outside view of River Chase Apartments blind you. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE>
