Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
I lived at riverchase for 4 years, never late on my rent and was very quiet. They placed a notice on my door stating I had not paid my rent, and they would begin eviction procedures. When I called the office regarding their mistake, the assistant manager was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak with the manager. after they realized their mistake, they did not offer an apology.
