The maintenance is horrible. They do not put salt down for the snow and ice until after 8:00am when it snows in the mornings and this should be done before people come out to go to work and get into their cars. When it snows they take their time shoveling the walkways and cleaning the parking lots, all the while the leasing office parking lot is always cleaned first. When maintenance makes repairs they never clean up if after themselves. They make a mess when replacing things in your apartment, instead of getting new items you get used items from other apartments (i.e.) like mini blinds. The gutters in my building need cleaning or need to be replaced. When it snows and once the ice melts from the roof we have a serious "Ice Dam" with ice cycles hanging like "big knives" from our patios. Also, the monthly newsletters should stop. I know that Riverchase probably pays a pretty penny for all that printing, and a lot of the money from the printing should go to repairing the gutters and the washing machines that leak all the time.
