Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
the staff cares about you! The apartments are clean and maintenence is good. HOWEVER< the area of town is going down hill. My car got broke into and there is a strange nature trail in the back of the complex that had strange threatening graffiti on it warning you not to take another step. WHen I lived there there was a murder in the apartments at the top of the hill. Nonetheless, I still rented again. I lived at Riveer Chase a total of three times- first in a townhome, second in a two bedroom aparment, then lastly in a one bedroom apartment. That should tell you something about my appreciation for the management.
