Bad Management

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2004
 
The apartment complex is managed poorly. Even though the manager does reside on the property. The office is always closed and she readily states that she is not the manager on the weekends.

I have resided here more than 10 years and this is the worst this complex has been.
