Stonebrige Townhomes appear to be really nice until you move in. I have lived over here for a couple of years and this is the worst,I've seen it. The are really short staffed in the maintenance department. They do not respond in a timely manner or at all to emergency calls. They have the nerve to expect you to pay rent on time and it takes two months for them to complete a work order in your apartment. The kids are out of control and disrespectful, but the uneducated parents don't make it any better. The property manager does not know what she's doing. There have been at least 3-4 different managers since I've been there. I am so ready to move out of here as soon as I can find something better. However I must admit they have the potential of being wonderful apartments if only they could get it together. It's just to bad I won't be here to see it happen. Also they need to lower the damn rent, which is 720 for a 2 bedroom. It needs to be more like 650.......but thats a whole nother story.

Stonebridge is one of the worst places to live in Florissant, MO, the teenagers are out of control. The management is involved in the drug dealing and thiefs in and around the property. There is almost one to two police visits to the property everyday. Managent of the property does not try to get the troble makers out of the property. In fact I hear the she is related to most of the problem tenants that reside at the property. When a complaint is made she does not get down the problem at hand. The management team hangs out with the noisy tenants and the unwanted guests. I truly believe that this is one of most attractive places to live but with all the crime and violence in the complex it is one of the worst place to live in the city of Florissant
