Well I've been here at Sugar Pines for almost a year. Just about the only good thing about the places is that its the nicest place in the area. But what you have to understand is that that means nothing. Florissant ingeneral is ghetto but come on... My car has been broken into, the gas station next door has been robbed, the fast food place up the hill has been robbed. Apartments have been broken into. Theres not enough police watch for there being so much crime, but somehow the cops manage to be here at least once a week for a problem. If you like the ghetto and over paying, Sugar Pines is for you!..
