Sweaty Pines, where should I begin' Well I guess I'll start off by saying that our apartment has mildew from top to bottom. When we moved in, the aprtment was still dirty, dirty blinds, dirty stove, dirty windows. After about a month or two buying candles to have the place smelling nice, we realized that it was a mildow smell coming from both bathrooms and the kitchen. The mgmt, well they suck. It takes a year and a day in order to have service done. Cars being broken into, apartments being broken into...Sweaty Pines was on the news last year over the car break in's...And last but not least...God forbide you want to purchase a home, and Sweaty Pines is a stepping stone...how about they charge you $25 for any lending company requesting your rental history...try that one on for size...STAY AWAY....YOU"VE BEEN WARNED...
