I lived in sugar pines in 2008 and it was okay for a while until it started to get warm. My mom was robbed right outside the apartment, the man snatched her purse and pushed her to the ground. when we talked to the maintence guys who were really cool, they stated that 6 other ladies had the same thing happen to them. Then my moms cars was broken into, they popped the lock, and trashed her car. My neighbor told us that they use to steal her car all the time until she put a club on it. The lighting wasnt good, and thats why my mom didnt even see the man coming after her. She had to start carrying a gun just to come in the house for protection. Well after all that, my mom was able to break the lease without having to pay extra fees and we left. There were many pluses to the complex however, there are alot of older people there, the apartments are spacious and the maintence was wonderful and we never had any noise issues. Overall, make sure you come home before dark or carry a weapon on you if you are a female! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

you'll be fine just keep sumthin on you (n hands) when is dark whether its mase, gun, or knife... Be aware of your surroundings... You'll enjoy your stay other than that, they're great apartments!
