I would not recommend these apartments to nobody. When I went to fill out my application I told them the date I wanted to move in by,and they told me that they would have an apartment by that date, so when I got appoved and everything they called me back and just said that I was appoved and that was it. I had to call them back and find out what was my address and everything and they did not know, I was told that they will send me my information in the mail. It was not enough time for them to send me my stuff in the mail, because I was moving in the next week. I did not get my information the until the day before i was suppose to move in. Then they gave me one apartment that would not pass inspection so they had to change my apartment. The leasing office is horrible,they are not professional at all. My neighbors are loud, the smoke of weed in the hallway. The property manager is a bi*** and very rude and disrepectful and her daughter is all over the complex,thinking she can do whatever she wants, because her mom is the manger. The parking suck, they never come a empty the trash, the pool smell like urine, you can't tell on the neighbors because the leasing office is friends with them. They don't clean the hallways, it be two month old trash in the hallway. They need to get the gate fixed in the front entrace,and start closing the side gate for security purpose. I never had a problem with maintance. The need to get somemore people to work in the leasing office, because that is where most of the problem come in at. They don't want to work. You go in there to pay your rent they all sitting aroung chit chatting looking very unprofessional, friends and family memebers all up in the mangers office sitting around talking, even babies. How do that look if a potiential tenant want to move in and they all sitting around talking playing with babies. Look else where
