Having moved 32 times in my 30 years of living Continental North is by far one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. The office staff are always accomodating and very friendly whenever you go into the office. All of my maintenance requests (which have only been a running toilet and the garbage disposal) were taken care within 10 minutes of me calling to make the complaint. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. The grounds are kept immaculate. You share a washer and dryer closet with your adjoining neighbor and I have never had any problems. They have a great referral bonus. You get a monthly newsletter that gives you insight and helpful tips about your apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a two bedroom apartment. The rooms are spacious and you have a choice of floorplans if you want bigger bedrooms or a bigger kitchen.
