We have lived at Continental North for almost two years. There have definately been pros and cons.

Pros.
Price.
Washer and dryer are easily accessible.
Grounds are nicely kept.
Quick to shovel and de-ice during snow storms.
2 Bedrooms

Cons.
Unfriendly office staff.
Maintenance responds quickly, but often have to make return trips to solve the problem.
Noisy neighbors. Walls and floors are paper thin.
Trashy neighbors. The cost reflects the type of people that are in the price range.
Shady leases. You have to give 2 months notice before moving out and they keep most of your deposit, no matter what.
Unsafe locks.
No ventalation in bathrooms. Steam causes mold...really gross.
Busy streets.
Old windows. You lose a lot of heat and a/c.
Limited parking at times.
Shared laundry depends a lot on your next door neighbor, kinda luck of the draw. Word of advice meet next door neighbor before signing lease.
Old oven. Burns food regularly. One burner doesn't work.
No dishwasher.
