This is one of the most poorly managed apartments that I have ever lived in. There has been an entirely new management staff every year that we haved lived here, and each one is worse than the one before. It takes literally dozens of calls to get anything done. Oh, be prepared to call back when the inept service staff can't fix it. We've had battles over our air conditioner which still doesn't work right.
The apartments do come in two "styles." The older style look like the projects as seen in the credits for the TV show "Good Times." They are disgusting and full of worst of humanity. The other apartments are a little newer and a little better than older ones. The problems still go down to being the fault of the management. I have talked to someone who lives in the "project" looking apartments and he has the same problems I do, but with more noise issues because of his neigbors.
If you are looking for a place in the Northland, stay away! This place is almost rock bottom. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

full of the worst of humanity? hmmmmm.... i thought we were rating the apartments and not the people in them- i personally like the older style- they are all electric while you have to pay for gas. the rooms are also much bigger and the apartments are cheaper. if you dont like the place-move out; but dont say that the people that live in a part of the complex are the worst humanity- ---- you. :)
