WORST apartment ever

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
This was the worst aparment I had lived in. The water heater above me sprunk a leak and it took them two days to clean up the water in my apartment. I felt very unsafe in these apartments. My car was broken into on 4 different occasions. and the office staff offered nothing to help.
