Perfect for your worst enemy! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I see a lot of people here have had the same issues I have with this dump. The rent is too high for a place that doesn't maintatin the grounds at all. The tennis court, play areas, basket ball goal and parking lot have not been fixed in years! You can't trust or rely on them to do what they say and God forbid you make them mad! They will pick on you worse than ever, so vindictive. Now the local managment is not the biggest problem (although they sure are part of it) but the owner and area manager is the worst! Heartless and penny pinching, I wish someone would make them live under these conditions and see how they like it!
