I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Aside from the ants which manage to make their way into our 2nd floor apartment and the stray cockroach that shows up once every 2-3 months, this place is actually pretty decent. The only major drawback to this place is the absolute lack of proper/decent staffing. If something breaks in your apartment you better know how to fix it or learn to accept its broke. It took them 4 weeks to both broken shower heads in the apartment. We are now waiting for close to 2 weeks for the air conditioner to get fixed. We have called about 10 times about it and they continually give us a new date for the repair every single call like it is no big deal. Neighbors in this area are decent, no theft that I have heard of in the area. They have a small dog weight limit but do not strictly enforce it. They charge gas, water, sewer as well. Our rent was 665.00 and after water/sewer was around 720.00 before gas etc.

I also have a terrible ant problem, and several things in my apartment were broken when I moved in. I was told it would take about 30 days to get it all done and it has been SIX MONTHS! I also have an issue with them showing up to half ass fix things with no notice as I have daughters and when they were home alone they just came on in! I would not recommend moving here it's not worth the headache.
