They are spacious and roomy for the bucks. But old and musty smelling. Fresh paint and new carpets are nice. Kit is nice with new appliances. The area has some nice trees on it but there is no landscaping as far are shrubs or plantings in front of the apts...the lighting is very poor for visibility at night outside and no porch or patio lights on the units for security....the glass wall and sliding door in the living and dinning room is nice for the view but freeze in the winter. The basements are not heated and so the 1st level is very cold because not heated below. When the furnace does come on it feels like a/c blowing on you. Have been waiting 4 mos. for maintainence repairs and never have been addressed and has been called in repeatedly. Three managers in 4 months.
The walls are paper thin and if you live on the main floor all the floors squeek and you can hear every movement from above. Plus they are pet friendly.....which is nice but maybe too nice are huge dogs not just little ones.
