The maintance is horrible. During the ice storms they did not ice sidewalks until they felt like it, which was around 10AM! People kleave for work before then and i'm sure they would not like to fall!!! Plus the apartments have a weird odor to them, my oven smells like there is a dead body inside when you first turn it on. I had to have dishwasher replaced too it was rusty and nasty! Then the people in my building smoke weed and have notified management and they did nothing. So finally I called hte police and they are finally getting somewhere. Plus the mailman is a ---- too. Yes, it's cheap, but it's NASTY! The cleaning crew that comes in and cleans the inside of the buildings does not do anythying. The windows have stuff caked on them, there are cobwebs everywhere, the doors are about to fall apart and the lights burn out every week and they never replace them, it's kind of hard to see in the dark!!! Then sometimes my door doesn't lock. You have to slam it shut sometimes and pull on it, while sticking the key in to try and lock it. Had maintaince come out to fix it twice, hah, didn't work obviously! And the stairs they have leading up to apartments are about to cave in, and also from the outside you can tell that the porches are slanting down and it would not surprise me if the buildings fell apart tomorrow.
