I have lived in many places over the years, moving back up to the Kansas City area from living in a small town in Arkansas for many years, the staff at this apartment complex moved very quickly to get me into an apartment. I had other applications in at other places that did not get around to doing my application until after I had already moved in here. The apartment I moved into needed a little bit of maintenance to bring it up to par with the display model, but the office staff and maintenance were on top of it as soon as I complained. I have lived here a year and am now moving into a 2 bedroom (they accomadated me comparable in rent to other places), signing another 12 month lease. I love the 2 bedroom floor plan much better than the 1 bedroom, but it served its purpose. I have had only a few complaints over the past year living here, but it was mostly about other tenants. The office staff and the maintenance staff are very polite and professional, right on top of things to make my apartment living a pleasure. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment. All of the staff are GREAT!!!
