These apartments are nice little studios;(450 sp ft); they seem bigger because of the layout and high ceilings. Rent is reasonable, you can get discounted cable, there is a bedroom area with a half wall. The front room area is pretty big but the kitchen is tiny. There is no dishwasher but the refrigerator is big. There is plenty of parking but a lot of potholes. The place needs a paint job and some exterior maintence. It is safe, comfortable and not too many problems. I rarely have bugs and I have not seen any mold. Maintence is very prompt and fixes the problem. The closet door comes off the track at times but it is a good size. There is a huge patio but no storage. There are a lot of trade offs but if you are on budget then it is a good place for you. The mangaement is ok, they are not overly friendly but the main manager actually talks to you when you go in to the office. She is also very prompt at fixing problems. The manager seems to care because she lives there as well. If they would just fix the parking lot, do some exterior maintence and replace the old heater/ac units these apartments would be a lot better.
