Nice place to get back on your feet, or just starting out w/a place to live.. Rent has been raised the last 3 years and they are slow on fixing that damn pothole infested parking lot, beware if you drive a small car cuz you mite fall in... But as long as its not in front of the main entrance then it must not matter!!!!!!
But i hold that on the ownership group not the Manager, she's a sweety...
