I guess i can't say anything bad about Braiarwood since i been living here. My building is quite. The people is nice. The office staff is nice. I wouldn't recommend living in the back of the complex. The front is real cool. Parking isn't a problem.

I've lived in grandview my whole life and the front of briarwood is slightly better than the back. And being a feathers throw from greenfield village, which is probably the worst complex in grandview. I would have to say either someone from the office put this up trying to get ppl to give up their hard-earned money for their commision. And thats just the first of many robberies you'll see living in Briarwood. I used to be the security there I know...
