The apts. look nice, but are of shoddy construction when you look more closely. The current mgmt. co. (4th since I've been there) is borderline incompetent and money-hungry, as well as very slow to get things fixed. My building currently has NO exterior nightlighting - not even on the stairs. The laundry room is marginal and not kept up. They stopped taking personal checks for rent a couple of years ago (they rent to the wrong people and make you pay for their mistakes). Hispanic barrio.
