I don't even live at these apartments, but I know individuals that have. It's terrible! Very poor customer service. I called to check on prices and community features, the girl who answered the phone put me on hold for such a long time that I had to hang up. She was rood, and was not knowledgeable about the apartment community. And forget getting a hold of management, it's impossible. They wont even give you the name of the individuals that own the property! That ought to say something about the reputation of the company. I am certainly going to report them to the city and request someone to go out and survey the community, I am sure there are loads of violations. No one should live there. Poor management, poor customer sevice, and just a plain old poor apartment community.
