I have had nothing but issues with this complex. I moved here back in March (keep in mind its only September) because I thought it would be a nice place to live and everything would be done with out problems and done by the book.



My first issue in my apartment was my sprinklers inside my apartment leaked. They came out looked at it left a mess on my carpet where my door is to my attic in the ceiling and left it open with wires hanging out. I had my fianc fix that and clean it up. Was never left a note that it was repared or that they entered my apartment. Called the club house they said that they would be back to fix it. If they did indeed fix it they never left a note that they re-intered my apartment. Not handled properly.



My second issue is my neighbors dog its constantly barking fine ill deal with that. But all dogs are suppose to be on a leash or inside the apartment. I get home a dog is outside its owners door not on a leash and I mind my own business and go up into my apartment set my belongings down before I can shut my door turn around to shut my door and this dog is standing in my living room. Which I did take a picture of. It s a filthy long haired dog. If I wanted a dog I would have one I don t and I don t expect a dog to ever be MY problem. Called management they told me they would contact the owner and notify them there dog is loose. I get the dog out of my apartment and thirty minutes later I check and this dog is leaning up against my door. I call back and they said they left a message with the owner. An hour later im leaving my apartment and my neighbor tries 3 separate times to take her dog out on a leash while this dog is bothering hers and she finally decides she will just pick her dog up past that dog and take it down stairs so I go down to the club house and they act as if they are in shock the dog is still roaming free. Not handled properly. A dog should never be MY problem.



My third issue was my sink which was just the plug that goes down to hold water in the sink as well as my washing machine. I go by after work Thursday and put in my request to have them both fixed. They said they would be out Friday. Friday evening comes neither is fixed. I call up to the Clubhouse and asked why they were not fixed. The young girl who I believe her name is Kylie or something to that affect said that he came by and he needed to order a part for the washer and the sink I said ok what part and why didn t he leave a note stating he was in my apartment. She said it will take me a minute to find the order and let you know I said I can wait. She got back on the phone said she couldn t find the order and I asked how she knew parts needed to be ordered she stated that she assumed since it wasn t fixed. She talks to wayne and he says he will contact maintenance and ask what the deal is. They call me back and stated he never made it out and that he would be out first thing in the morning. I get home Saturday afternoon the note on my door states there was nothing wrong with the washer and nothing mentioned about the sink. I call them back and ask them about my sink and then let them know there is a problem with my washer and I would wait and show them the problem with it. Maintenance comes I show him my washer is not working properly he states he can see now that the motor may be starting to go out in it. I ask about my sink he said it wasn t on the request. I watched the girl write the request. And I said it s a holiday weekend if you can promise me you will fix this Tuesday then just come back and enjoy your weekend he said ok thank you and that a part needed to be ordered for the sink anyways but that he promised both would be done Tuesday. Not even 30 minutes later he is at my door with a washer and replaces my washer. That was great even though it was a hassle to get done. Tuesday comes sink still not fixed and I think well maybe they didn t get the part. Wednesday then Thursday then Friday evening and nope still no five minute job fixed so I go back to the clubhouse and let them know that my sink is still not fixed and asked what the deal was. Which due to them being incompetitant I miss my ups delivery of my new cell phone which adds to my frustration especially since it couldn t be redelivered until Monday. The lady stated well I bet you in complete honesty that they just forgot they do that all the time because they don t write notes. I said ok well I do not wanted to be bothered this weekend like last weekend just fix it Monday. Monday I get home im like wow finally a note that says my sink is fixed (not that its temporarily fixed or that a part needed to be ordered its states my sink if fixed) and that he looked at all the other sinks and made sure they were fine. So I go look and it looks fixed and I pull the plug up and down and hear a crinkle noise and im like wow what in the world I look under my sink. When my fianc gets home I make him take a look at it. He does construction and remodels houses. He notices they used packing tape to tape the parts together instead of taking a 10 minute trip to a hardware store and getting a piece that costs a dollar to get.



That s when I decided I was done dealing with them.



I speak with September the next day after I leave her a message the previous day. She begins to tell me she spoke with management and asked them what was going on. Said management said nothing was wrong with my sink. I said if nothing was wrong with my sink why would they have to order a part last week and this week my sink is fixed with packing tape' She calls them back and I don t hear from her for several hours. She states that the management went into my apartment realized that there was cellophane on the part that he put in and that he took it off and that was all no big deal. I laugh she asked what was funny I said that s not the case at all and I have a picture to prove it and she asked me to send the picture and asked if I was saying her management was lying and I said yes absolutely they are which in turn is her calling me a liar. Keep in mind she was rude during all this and told me next time the appropriate way to handle it is to go through the request at the club house (no its not not when things are being handled properly). As well I did send the picture. I get home yesterday the tape is ripped of a part that should have been put on there 2 weeks ago is now on there along with a note saying he did a temp fix Monday cause he had to order a part and sorry for inconvenience. He didn t order the part at all he went to lowes down the street.



Can you tell me how many times I was treated wrong and gave the run around and lied to'



What do you think the result should be from my complete dissatisfaction and hassle with the way I have been treated and dealt with'
