during my year at stoneybrook south my apartment was broken into on two occations. I noticed on my first day the smell of pot in the hallway and later noticed the smell of chemicals and was told later that my downstairs nieghbors were rocking up cocaine into crack. My son was 10 years old and was to visit me on the weekends and most of the time we stayed in during the day for fear of him taking up with the local boys and getting into trouble. My apartment was dirty when I moved in and was not painted when I offered to paint it myself I was told that tennants cannot paint. When somthing broke I was allways the one to fix it. If you have children I would not recomend moving to these apartments although the area of town is not that bad this complex is an eyesore. I suggest a call to the local police station and asking for an overall assesment of the property. 816-763-3900
