Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
There were always police chasing people through the grounds. Process servers pounding on the doors looking for people who USED to live there. Nothing ever got fixed...not even my stove. There was paint all over the carpet. Large drawings (south park) on the dining room walls that had been painted over but bled through. Suffice it to say, I never had visitors. It was just too awful.
