Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This place is a slum. Never fix problems with the apartment. Read your lease carefully because they would like for you to fix all major appliances and plumbing problems even though it is not your fault.
This place needs to shut down due to weak wooden decks on back of apartments. This place needs to be inspected by the health department. If there is any real estate company that recommends this place they should be shut down.
