Please DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lived here for two years and would not recommend this property to anyone. First, the building is very old. Second, the sewer system is very old and produces very large sewer knats every couple of weeks. I've tried spraying and it only works for a few days and the bugs are back. They are everywhere and come out of the sewer drain, kitchen and bathroom sinks... disgusting.

Also, the sewer backed up in my apartment and flooded the carpet. The apartment smelled like garbage for a month. The complex refused to replace the carpet. I had to move out for three weeks and call the health departmemt to force them to change the carpet.

Management is joke. They don't show up to work on time and they do not answer or return phone calls. My refrigerator leaks water. I was informed by management that it would be replaced... one year later and it still leaks.

My husbands car was broken into 2 times.

I have to kill every type of bug you can imagine on a regular basis. Please do not live here. The cost is cheap but so are the accomodations.
