I have only lived here since August of 2007 and I'm ready to move. I was ready to move out before I actually moved in...I should have went with my instincts. So far I have had a plumbing disaster in the bathroom that the neighbors called the cops on us and made the plumber stop...I have mold growing in the bathroom walls connecting to the hot water heater and air conditioner, and overall I'm not happy. I regret ever wasting my money on moving in here and I hope someone who reads this will definitely think twice before moving in here. All I have to say is that make sure you don't have mold in your apartment. It is making me sick and I have been told by maintenence it's just mildew...that's funny to me when 2 other people (plumber and flooring guy) told me it was mold and they were afraid to touch anything. Mildew huh'
