Was not allowed to see apt until I signed the lease. The apartment was left dirty after the carpet cleaner was there. Supposedly received new carpet. I don't think so. There was paint dribbles everywhere. The wall leaked around our bedroom and mold grew there as well as in the bathroom under the broken tile by the toilet. The apartment next to ours leaked into the one below over a weekend when neither renter was home. Had half the building in a strangers apartment wanting to know what was going on. People would abandon their pets when they moved. A friend needed to have her boyfriend move in as her windows and sliding door on the first floor didn't lock. All this was told to the staff but they didn't care. I found that maintenance left a bigger mess, took too many tries to fix things, or left my apartment unlocked. I had to give them a copy of a video tape at the end of the move documenting every time something broke just to get my security deposit back. Then they wanted to raise my rent $25/mo.

Don't be fooled by things that may have happened in the past. They must have upgraded managment because my experience has been very good!
