When I first moved in a thought it was great. Then, the management began to not answer the phone. I had to go to the office in person to report emergency problems. It also takes maintenance extremely too long to respond to issues. I had a problem that lasted for eight months before any one responded. Something is always falling apart. Sometimes the shower doesn't work! The worst problem I have is that maintenance has come into my home twice while I was sleeping. They claimed they knocked, but I didnt hear anything!
