While there were certainly things wrong with the place (cosmetic) when I moved in, and the fridge was broken, everything was fixed immediately upon my request. Would have been nice if it was done up front, but they responded every time I had an issue. I thought the price was a little steep and it would be nice if they opened their exercise room earlier for those who work odd hours or two jobs. All in all there are some things that will get on your nerves (never answering the phone) but they responded to all of my messages and needs. You could do a lot worse given that. I would generally recommend looking at them and seeing if it fits your style or not. They refunded my deposit even after all the ice storm damage.
