I lived in French quarters for three years. There was a different manager nearly every month. The staff would make empty promises about cosmetic changes in my building and apartment all the time. My carpet would be soaked in some areas for no apparent reason and complaining did not help. My front door and patio door had gaping holes which maintenance supposedly fixed by putting new locks on them-go figue.I stayed because the rent was reasonable. You get what you pay for.
