I HAVE LIVED HERE GOING ON 2 YRS THIS MAY AND I WILL NOT BE RESIGNING MY LEASE AND I SUGGEST ANYONE THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN THINK TWICE!! MY CEILING LEAKS EVERYTIME IT RAINS, WHEN SNOW AND ICE MELT...I HAVE THE BIGGEST BROWN SPOT WHERE IT LEAKS AND IT'S ABOUT 1 FOOT AWAY FROM MY CEILING FAN. THIS LAST TIME IT SNOWED AND I HAD ABOUT 6 LIL SPOTS LEAKING MAINTENANCE DECIDED TO FIX THAT PROBLEM BY STAPPLING PLASTIC TO THE CEILING TO MAKE 1 PUDDLE IN THE PLASTIC FOR IT TO LEAK IN MY MOPPING BUCKET. THAT'S JUST 1 SPOT, I HAVE NEW ONES FORMING THE MORE IT SNOWS AND ICES. I'VE ALSO HAD MY CAR BROKEN INTO AND HEARD FROM A NEIGHBOR THAT THEY'VE HAD A LOT OF BREAK INS AND HE SAID HE WAS ROBBED AT GUN POINT AT THE LAUNDRY ROOM...ENOUGH SAID...IT'S FUNNY THAT THEY HAVE REDECORATED THE HALLWAY AREAS WITH NEW CARPET AND PAINT, BUT THE APT UNITS ARE CRAPPY...OH YEAH MY BATHTUB FAUCET KEPT RUNNING AFTER IT WAS TURNED OFF AND AFTER ABOUT 4 TIMES OF THIS HAPPENING THE LAST TIME MY BATHROOM GOT FLOODED AND WHEN I CAME HOME FROM WORK THEY PULLED UP THE CARPET AND LEFT A BLOWER ON THE FLOOR TO DRY IT, NOW MIND YOU I CALLED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW MY BATHTUB WAS FILLING UP WITH WATER BEFORE IT EVEN GOT FLOODED BUT I GUESS IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO GET OUT THAT IT COMPLETELY FILLED THE BATHTUB AND RAN OUT ON THE FLOOR...SO THEN THEY FINALLY PUT IN A NEW PART FOR THE FAUCET TO STOP LEAKING...TERRIBLE

I am right down the street from these apts and it is not much better here either. Teenagers running around doing their drug tranactions on bikes all thru the night. All the cameras Hazelwood has to catch speeders, they need to put the cameras up in apt complexes to catch criminals and make Hazelwood a place people will feel safe and want to stay in this city.

I moved in in July 2008. I'm not thrilled with it and I am in the one building in the complex that did not flood or I would be gone. The one thing I disagree with is that they don't fix things on a timely basis. I flushed my toilet about two weeks ago and the handle broke. I walked out, picked up the phone, called (and reached) Mindy, several minutes later there was a knock at the door and the handle was fixed in about three minutes. Total from the time it broke to the time it was fixed was 12 minutes. They've been responsive to other calls as well. With that said, I can't wait to get out of here! I never would have moved in if I had known about the floods!!
