I have lived at Hazelwood Forest for a year, and I am sorry to have to leave. I simply need a larger home. It has been a very positive experience. The two times I needed maintenance, they arrived at the apartment in less than an hour, and left with the issue resolved. The apartment had been well maintained, and clean. The grounds are always neat, except when some residents just can't raise the trash bag into the dumpster, but can set is down next to it. Pest control is done on a quarterly basis, no exceptions, and you are given ample notice. In the year I have been there, I saw 2 small spiders...nothing else. The pool is immaculate, and the kids in the pool have been very respectful...and quiet!! Parking is not a problem. If you are looking for a nice, clean and mostly quite place to live, try Hazelwood Forest.
