I visited Hazelwood Forest and was THOROUGHLY impressed. Rhonda, the leasing agent was fabulous. The price is affordable because, in it, covers rent, water, sewer, trash and gas. You also have a washer dryer hookup in unit. The apartments are spactious and they really take the time to clean them. They care about the noise level and the management quality is outsanding. They fill up fast, though, with a 95% full rate. I took a personal tour

What apartment were you shown?? When I moved into mine I actually had to clean it myself! I removed a nasty rag from the garbage disposal, had to change the water several times just cleaning the OUTSIDE of the cabinets, the floors were just as bad in the kitchen and bathrooms. The ceiling fan was disgusting and dust was sticking out of the vent next to the furnace. When I pulled the cover off it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. Even the porch door was nasty on the inside. I also have a box of baking soda and air fresheners under the kitchen sink and it still reeks! Sure the people who work here are nice but they seriously need to learn how to flip a place before renting it out.
