My Husband and I visited these apartments and had mixed emotions. My husband thought they were really nice but I think that he was just thinking about the price. I thought they were nice also its just the entrance of the apartments looks very nasty. The stairs to get to the apartments are torn up and chipped. I really think that they could do a better job of cleaning it up. I mean the price is really nice and the fact that it is all electric is good to and it seems to be a very quiet area. I called them to see if they could get the entranced fixed up before we move in. The lady said that she can't promise me nothing but they are working on it. We will see.

Sure she can't promise anything because nothing ever gets done around here. The grounds normally look great but that's where the money ends on upkeep around here. Fixing things before to prevent a problem or after to truly repair it are beyond them. As soon as my lease is up I'm running away as fast as I can
