I didn't even make it to rent an apartment. I looked at a 1 bedroom with den that was already leased and I was told that the one that I was to be leased was exactly the same. When it came time for me to view my apartment they lied about it having the extra storage space.
When I finally got in touch with Pat her attitude about the issue was very nasty. I asked if they have another apartment to rent and she informed me that they did but it didnt have to patio. So I have to choice between a patio or storage when I was promised both''''
I told her that you promised me an apartment with the extra storage and a patio, her response was "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO"... if this was the way they conduct business with their future tenants I hate to see how well it will be if you are a tenant.

I applied for a 1 BR and waited and waited to see if I was approved. Two weeks later I FINALLY got a response back saying I was denied. I don't understand why. Did you have a hard time getting approved at this place? I've never had so much trouble getting into an apartment.

Parkwood Place Apartments does a thorough check for all new applicants. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of landlords, employers, etc to respond to us with the requested information. Approval usually takes three business days. We are sorry that you waited longer. Your situation was a little different.
