24 Cable Channels, Rent kept going up.

The one thing my wife and I couldnt stand was the fact that they owned their own (or part of their own)cable company and you had get their cable, which was only 24 channels and I asked them if they were planning on adding more and they said no. So satellite dishes started popping up all over the place and then they put out a memo stating that anyone who had a satellite dish had to pay a $500 deposit to the apartment complex incase of damage. Nice. That was just wrong. On top of it we were on a 6-month lease and whenver it expired it went up $20.00 or more everytime.
