Outdated,slow or no maintenance,insects

The one good thing is w/d hookups in every apt.Soon after move in closet door fell off hinge which had been obviously rigged.Also,bathroom is part of bedroom like a cheap highway motel.Bathtub had crack and was previously patched,which worn away quickly.Very bad leak in living room,literally raining in apt. No response from maintenance.Lots of spiders,ants,silver fish and other insects.Very drafty.Some staff helpful but with attitudes.
