This is one of the worst apartments communities I have ever lived in. From the beginning the customer service from management was poor and suspect. In addition, the apartment was completely unlike the model, in that it was dirty with numerous repairs needed. I found management and service to be slow to respond and unwilling to put the needs of the residents first, i.e. filthy master bath, spider infestation, stained and peeling wallpaper. Not to mention the ridiculously thin walls through which residents can hear everything from their neighbors! The final straw came upon completing the lease and not receiving the entire security deposit back because of an ill informed receptionist (under equally inept new management). I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.
